Henry F. Coffeen III - Owner
Henry Coffeen was raised in Dallas, Texas and is the third generation with Automotive Retail experience. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, and has enjoyed 20 years of Automotive Retail experience.

Henry started his automotive career at the Plano Cadillac store. Then, he assisted in the opening of a new Hyundai point in Arlington. Henry’s sales track took him through sales, F&I, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and GM. Henry has run several large dealer groups.

Henry founded Coffeen Management Company in 1997 to consult with dealerships to improve productivity and bottom line performance. Additionally, CMC provides marketing, sales force training and logistical support to conduct special promotional events, dramatically increasing dealerships’ sales performance.


Bear Musgrave - President
Bear Musgrave was born in San Antonio, TX and is a 5th generation south Texas rancher. He grew up splitting his time between San Antonio and south Texas where his family owns and operates cattle and game ranches.

Bear attended St. Mary’s Hall School and graduated from Texas Military Institute in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Texas Christian University with a BA in Communications and went on to receive a Graduate Degree from the TCU School of Ranch Management. While running the family ranch with his father, Bear began a career in the Automotive Industry. Starting his career as a salesman, he went on to serve as F&I Director, Sales Manager and GSM of a Ford store. After a number of rewarding years in the car business, Bear shifted career gears by fulfilling a life-long dream to begin his own custom home building company. Nine years later he went to work for the Sunrise Company in Palm Desert, California, a premier national country club developer. As a member of the executive management team for Sunrise, Bear ran projects in California and Colorado with budgets in excess $1.1 billion. His diverse work experience has provided him with valuable sales, communication and management skills, as well as the keen ability to establish long-term business development goals and the ability to achieve them.

Bear is an avid outdoorsman, a commercial multi-engine instrument pilot, and a devoted family man. He serves and has served on the Boards of many organizations; The Barroneña Fund, The Mirza Trust, Saint Mary’s Hall, The Moonlight Fund, The Colorado Springs School, The Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs and the State Board of the Colorado Association of Home Builders to name a few.


Mike Steen - Regional Sales Manager

Mike Steen is the Regional Sales Manager for Coffeen Management Company. He has over 15 years of experience in the Retail Automotive Business. He has held positions in Sales, as New Car Director, and as F&I Director. He is responsible for maintaining and managing dealerships by finding ways to improve the profitability of the store through analysis of sales data in the form of Dealer Development Reports. Mike is also responsible for the training and coaching of all F&I personnel, as well as making sure all claims are handled properly.
