Henry F. Coffeen III - Owner
Henry Coffeen was raised in Dallas, Texas and is the third generation with Automotive Retail experience. He is a University of Texas at Austin alumnus, and has enjoyed 20 years of Automotive Retail experience.

His first sales job was at the Plano Cadillac store. Then, he assisted in the opening of a new Hyundai point in Arlington. From there, he grew to General Sales manager, and helped transform that store into the #1 store in the DFW area. Since then, he’s worked at the Goodson Group in Houston, Red McCombs and has trained and helped underperforming dealerships grow. He’s now the owner of Coffeen Management Companies where he consults with dealerships throughout the nation to improve productivity and bottom line performance. Along with that, he provides marketing, sales force and logistical support to conduct special promotional events to dramatically increase dealerships’ sales performance.


Kyle Risenhoover - VP, General Manager
Born and raised in Fort Worth Texas, Kyle never ventured far from home. Having graduated from Texas Christian University, Kyle took a sales position with Hillard Auto Park selling new Buicks and Suzuki (not exactly how he had planned to use his higher education). Although after 16 years of automotive experience Kyle says that those first two years of selling automobiles helped build a critical foundation for what has been a very rewarding career. Kyle has been very successful having earned critical positions of leadership in each area of the automotive community including GSM, GM, and Executive Manager. It is this level of success and experience that Kyle brings to Coffeen Management which has allowed the organization to grow exponentially during his tenure.

Specializing in structuring dealer owned reinsurance companies, Kyle’s rich experience is utilized in assisting our dealers/clients in forming and managing both Controlled Foreign Corporations, and Non-Controlled Foreign Corporations as well has a host of Retro programs. It’s this level of knowledge and experience that makes him a highly a valued commodity to the Coffeen Management’s dealer body.

Kyle and his wife Michelle, along with their three precious kids live in North Texas. Kyle is an avid runner and golfer. He served on the Benbrook Police Department and the Fort Worth Police Department where he was President of his academy class and Officer of the Year. He currently manages the field force for Coffeen Management and assists Henry Coffeen in running the day to day operations.


Mike Steen - Sales
Mike Steen is the National Sales Director for Coffeen Management Company. He has over 15 years of experience in the Retail Automotive Business. He has held positions in Sales, as New Car Director, and as F&I Director. He is responsible for maintaining and managing dealerships by finding ways to improve the profitability of the store thru Dealer Development Reports. He is also responsible for the training and coaching of all F&I products as well as making sure all claims are handled properly.

Dorothy "Dot" Klein
Dot joined forces with Coffeen Management in October of 2007.  She brings with her five-plus years of experience and knowledge in Dealership Development and Training.  As a consulting partner with Coffeen Management, she provides specialized insurance products, aftermarket products and related services to the automotive, marine, motorcycle and RV Dealerships.  Dot is committed and dedicated to her field of service and offers a personal committment to help meet the needs of each of her clients.
